Product Prices

All prices listed on our website are for the product only. If applicable, additional charges—including service fees, delivery fees, taxes, and optional tips—will be calculated and added at checkout prior to entering payment information.

Additional Fees

If applicable, delivery and service fees will be applied at checkout. These fees vary based on delivery location, timing, and special handling requirements. If applicable, a standard service fee is applied to each order to cover processing, handling, and customer care support. This ensures your flowers are delivered with care and attention.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be added to the order total, where required by law.

Substitutions

When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture shown. Please note that each design is uniquely handcrafted, so no two arrangements are exactly the same. Color substitutions of flowers may be necessary, and prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary. In all cases, we will maintain the overall style, theme, and value of your selected arrangement.

Returns/Replacements

At Gift Baskets Niagara, we strive to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell 100%.

We will work to right any wrong that may arise with an order, whether regarding quality of product, speed of delivery, or satisfaction with service. If ever there is a problem, we want to know about it so we can make it right.

Our first course of action is to replace or upgrade and arrangement if something has not been satisfactory with the flowers. Our second option, depending on the circumstances, would be to offer an in-store credit towards a future purchase, credit back a delivery, or respond appropriately whatever the circumstances may be to be fair.

If we have exhausted all avenues of trying to fairly rectify the situation and can do nothing more, we will fully refund the sale of the flowers.
